Many leaders are visionary. Few managers are able to effectively articulate a clearly defined strategy to their team.
Maybe the vision or strategy is articulated, but there is not consistent processes or structure built to execute the vision.
As a manager, you may have a consistent vision and sales process, but you lack the right people on your team to deliver the results.
Often times even with a clear vision, defined sales process, and the right people, the team may lack the skills to meet or exceed desired goals.
